From obtaining the raw material to containerising the packed goods: we are in control over the entire process of handling your order. As we possess our own sawmill, we have constant access to production materials, including wood with an unusual section. We also run our own design office - this is where individual packaging designs, complete cargo securing technology and packaging documentation are created.
Our IPPC certificate confirms that the technical and sanitary conditions of wood thermal processing comply with phytosanitary requirements for international trade. The PEFC CoC certificate, in turn, certifies the legality of the source of our wood and wood-based materials. We maintain compliance with HPE and SEI packaging standards.
The production plant where we make the packaging for you is located in a former sawmill in Zabrze and includes over 100 work stations. There are, among others, automated sawmill line, 3 wood dryers with power supply boiler and assembly and storage hall. We work in accordance with the guidelines included in technical documentation and workshop manuals. The quality of manufactured products is verified on an ongoing basis in dedicated quality control and measurement department with precise measuring instruments.
We know that orders for industrial packaging are often placed at the end of the project. However, you do not have to worry about deadlines when working with us. We make deliveries in the just-in-time and on-call system. We perform quickly and effectively and what is more - we take over the entire packaging logistics.
